Shipping & Refund Policy


Thank you for journeying with us at The Happy Tots, we can't wait for you to receive the toys for your little tots!

Domestic Shipping
To ensure your item(s) reaches you in pristine condition, we engage a tracking courier service for all local deliveries.

    • For domestic orders within Singapore, kindly allow between 4-6 working days for your package to arrive.
    • For orders that include both in-stock and preordered items, your package will only be shipped out together once all items have arrived. We seek your understanding if there is any delay in shipment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please note that you would need to place your in-stock and preordered items separately if you would like your in-stock items to arrive first. All prevailing charges still apply for orders below S$50.
    • For all orders above S$50, we are happy to provide free shipping. A S$5 shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$50. 

International Shipping
Worldwide International shipping is available, contact us at for a freight quote. International Delivery option will be calculated based on the weight of the products. It typically takes 10 to 30 days for the package to reach you, depending on your delivery location.

All taxes and import fees are to be borne by the customer.


At The Happy Tots, we understand how important it is to choose the perfect toy for each child and we aim to make your shopping experience as easy and happy as possible. Rest assured that we conduct a strict quality check and inspection on all our products for any visible defects or damages during our pre-shipping and packing operations. All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damaged, missing or incorrect items and contact us within 5 business days to report any issues. Please provide your order number, photo and details of the damage. Damaged items reported five business days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Although we carefully check each item before shipping, it is possible that we may have missed something and if that is the case we sincerely apologise for that. For our return policy, please see below:

  • Returns can be made within 5 business days upon receipt of your order from the courier.
  • We will assess any defects or damages on a case by case basis and if the items show signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange. We only provide returns for items that display manufacturing defects.
  • All 1-to-1 exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you store credit to be used on your next purchase.
  • If an exchange is granted, all delivery and shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. Registered mail is recommended.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.


Please note that as some of our toys are handcrafted from natural wood materials, there may be colour and grain variations due to the natural characteristics of authentic wood surfaces. These variations contribute to the natural beauty of using an organic material. Variations within these standards will not be reason for replacement and shall not be deemed as defects. Natural wood products may show knots, blemishes, splits and fissures that add to the distinct character of each handcrafted piece. As such, these natural occurrences shall not be deemed as defects.
